Diagnostics
We will gladly diagnose your computer, and call you with an estimate of repair cost prior to performing any repairs. Diagnostic fee is $40.00, if we do not perform the work that we report to you that is needed. If you approve the work at the estimated price, the $40.00 is waved and you pay only the price that was quoted for the work performed.

 

Replacement of Parts
Special Order items are available upon request. Prices vary - must be paid for at time of order.

 

Pick Up
We counsel all customers upon pickup concerning what work was performed and customer maintenance procedures.
We guarantee all repair work with a 30 day warranty from the date of pickup. Please note: warranty may be voided by customer for not following directions, or advice of technicians when computer is picked up.
