We counsel all customers upon pickup concerning what work was performed and customer maintenance procedures. We warranty all repair work for 30 days from the date of pickup. Warranty may be voided by customer not following directions or advice of technicians when computer is picked up.

JNC are not responsible for lost data after the computer leaves the shop or if the data loss was unavoidable due to severe virus infection.
